Paul has performed Stand Up Comedy widely on TV and Radio, and at clubs all over the country including the Comedy Store and the Jongleurs chain. He has been invited to perform at the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival three times, and has a wide range of acting credits, including the films A Knight in Camelot and Thunderpants, TV including London's Burning and The Knock, and a host of BBC Radio comedy series, including Stand Up 2, Losers, Week Ending, Like They've Never Been Gone, The Locker Room, Whining For England, One Foot in the Grave and many others. He has performed with the Comedy Store Players, the Comedy Store Cutting Edge team, and has represented Britain several times in improvisation tournaments at home and abroad. Directing includes Alfie, Absent Friends, Cherry Orchard, A Night Out, One Careless Owner. He has also written on many projects for TV and radio, and is the co-author of two books of relationship comedy for Boxtree and Carlton Books.
