'The owner' guarantees that personal information about the contributor will not be made public through 'the sites' unless expressly requested by the contributor, but in the case of the latter, it is at the contributors own risk, and 'the owner' shall not beheld responsible for any actions that occur as a result of publication.
If you do not want to grant to 'the owner' the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to 'the sites'.
